What will you drive?
As a Franchise Portfolio Manager (FPM) at Cars24, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the performance and profitability of a group of franchise partners. You will be instrumental in guiding each partner to success. Managing a Portfolio of Franchise Partners: Dive into the unique dynamics of each partner’s business, aligning support to their specific needs and growth potential. Increasing Profitability: Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings by analyzing financial and operational data, delivering actionable insights to boost profitability. Strengthening Retention: Build and implement retention strategies to ensure long-term success and satisfaction, addressing challenges swiftly to foster strong partnerships. Monitoring and Reviewing Performance: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular assessments to provide constructive feedback and drive continuous improvement. Collaborating with Support Teams: Partner with internal teams in marketing, operations, and training to ensure franchisees leverage available resources and programs for maximum benefit. Strategic Planning: Develop and refine strategic plans that align with market trends, aiming for sustainable growth and resilience within the franchise network. Building Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact, nurturing open communication and trust through consistent engagement, including monthly on-site visits. Financial Analysis: Assess financial performance and provide targeted support to help franchisees meet their financial goals.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a proactive and strategic professional with a strong background in franchise management or business development who can lead our franchise partners to success. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in franchise management, business development, or a related area. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive profitability improvements. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and foster relationships with diverse franchise partners. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. A solid understanding of franchise operations, including profitability and performance metrics.
