What will you drive?
Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to potential customers interested in selling their cars through CARS24. Lead Conversion: Engage and convert leads into sales by clearly explaining the advantages of using CARS24’s services. Customer Support: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about the car-selling process. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback. Data Entry: Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system. Team Collaboration: Work with sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. Performance Metrics: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and KPIs.
Who we are looking for?
Experience: Preferred background in customer service, telemarketing, or sales. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, with a professional and friendly demeanor. Customer-Centric Attitude: Committed to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships. Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems and relevant software. Adaptability: Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and adjusting to changing priorities. Problem-Solving Skills: Able to address issues and respond quickly to customer needs. Reliability: Highly dependable, with strong time-management skills. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or customer service qualifications are a plus.
