We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help execute and optimize our digital marketing efforts across Google Ads, SEO, and LinkedIn Ads. This hands-on position is ideal for a marketer with 2–4 years of experience who wants to broaden their digital skills and grow their expertise in audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization.
You will work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, SEO & PPC leads and agencies to ensure that our Digital Marketing efforts generate high-quality leads and engagement.
This role offers flexibility and will be based in Budapest with a hybrid schedule.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing LinkedIn and Google ad campaigns
- Help manage our other online channels from a tactical POV, such as SEO & Capterra
- Work alongside our Campaigns team to support audience segmentation & targeting strategies to ensure ad delivery to our ICP
- Optimize digital campaigns based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, lead quality, and engagement rates.
- Run daily/weekly bid & budget adjustments, audience refreshes, and creative rotations
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and compelling ad copy.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and track campaign performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement alongside our PPC & SEO agencies
- Help create monthly and quarterly reporting, pulling insights from LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics tools.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with content marketing, design teams and regional marketing leads to align digital strategies with broader marketing goals
- Support the revenue teams by ensuring lead generation campaigns align with their outreach efforts.
- Assist in managing LinkedIn organic strategy when needed, including post scheduling and engagement monitoring.
WHAT YOU’ll BRING:
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on LinkedIn advertising, Google Ads & SEO
- Understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, reporting, and A/B testing.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot, or CRM tools is a plus nice to have
