Job Description:

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, data analysis, process improvement and be ready to serve as a Business Partner to our business leaders. In this role, you will provide insights to drive decision-making, focusing on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in sales processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and implement strategies to optimize sales performance. 

Main Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau and Python) and Salesforce.

  • Identify trends and patterns in sales data to support decision-making.

  • Market trend analysis, suggesting updates (when necessary) to the Sales team

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Evaluate and improve existing sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to implement best practices and streamline workflows.

  • Monitor and manage sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Sales Forecasting and Planning:

  • Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets.

  • Provide analytical support for sales planning and territory management.

  • Track and report on sales performance against targets.

CRM Management:

  • Maintain and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM.

  • Train and support sales team members on CRM usage and best practices.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects to drive company-wide initiatives.

Team Management: 

  • As a Senior part of your scope is to lead, mentor, and support the MID and Junior analysts in RevOps team 

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Key Performance Metrics:

  • Define and monitor key performance metrics related to sales operations.

  • Provide regular insights into performance trends and areas for improvement.

Enablement: 

  • Develop & present Sales Plays / Methodologies  Metodologias / Sales Plays for consumption by the Sales teams

 

Strategic Projects:

  • Lead strategic projects related to the annual KPI´s of the Sales Operations team.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Accounting, Engineer or a related field.

  • Over 3+ years of proven experience in sales operations or business analysis, preferably in a mid-sized to large organization.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

  • Advanced knowledge in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau and Python) and CRM (Salesforce).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
