Job Description:
Our main goal within the Sales Services team is to provide our clients with the best possible experience on the Pipefy platform. We aim to create the best work environments worldwide, and to achieve this, our team goes the extra mile to understand all customer needs, ensuring we make their lives easier through customized solutions.
With this goal in mind, the Technical Consultant acts as a strategic consultant and expert on both the Pipefy platform and APIs/Webservices and system communication protocols for the company’s most complex and large-scale clients. This professional collaborates with internal teams (Pre-Sales and Post-Sales), engaging with both potential and existing clients throughout project cycles, sharing extensive knowledge of Pipefy’s platform and product suite.
By leveraging expertise in technical architecture, system integrations, and end-to-end implementation of complex processes, the Technical Consultant directly drives the development of the best possible solutions.
Additionally, this role plays a key part in creating a strategic vision for solutions, providing guidance during implementation, and standing out for their ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders across different organizational levels, becoming a trusted advisor for business and technology partners.
Main Responsibilities:
- Scalable Solution Design: Ensure that solutions are scalable and follow best practices to meet customer needs and long-term objectives.
- Functional and Technical Requirements Assessment: Guide the team and clients in assessing technical and business requirements, ensuring that proposed solutions align with both customer expectations and industry standards.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, account teams, engineering, and product teams, to ensure the successful execution of projects and solutions.
- Architecture Leadership: Lead the strategic direction and vision alignment of projects, ensuring expected results are achieved, and structuring the development of Proofs of Concept (PoCs) with clients when needed.
- Technical Proposal Development (SOW): Create detailed technical proposals covering specific requirements, necessary configurations, and integrations, ensuring alignment with clients' strategic objectives.
- Hands-On Application Configuration: Develop integrations as requested by the Post-Sales teams, demonstrating technical expertise and translating functional requirements into practical and scalable solutions.
