Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, data analysis, process improvement and be ready to serve as a Business Partner to our business leaders. In this role, you will provide insights to drive decision-making, focusing on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in sales processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and implement strategies to optimize sales performance.
Main Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau and Python) and CRM (Salesforce) will be considered as differential.
Sales Process Optimization:

Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to implement best practices and streamline workflows.

Monitor and manage sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Sales Forecasting and Planning:

Maintain and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Accounting, Engineer or a related field.
