Job Description:

Senior Employer Experience Analysts will be strategic leaders in driving initiatives that shape the employee experience, contributing significantly to strengthening the employer brand, improving internal communication, and creating an exceptional work environment. This professional will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies that increase talent satisfaction, engagement, and retention, positively impacting the organizational culture and the remote work experience.



Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy, aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Contribute with leaders to ensure that the employer brand, values, and value proposition are integrated into the company's overall strategy.

  • Lead the design and implementation of internal communication strategies, ensuring the effective dissemination of information and the promotion of a culture of transparency.

  • Identifying opportunities for innovation in internal communication, using various platforms and approaches.

  • Create and manage programs that promote an inclusive work environment, encouraging intern development and employee well-being.

  • Use metrics and employee feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of employer experience initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop strategic action plans, based on data and metrics.

  • Lead and contribute to key projects related to organizational culture, engagement, and employer branding.

  • Contribute to the organization and execution of internal events.

  • Ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives while maintaining alignment with company objectives.

  • Leading internal organizational events that are connected to the organizational strategy

  • Supporting actions and projects that enhance the employee Experience Journey;

  • Leading and supporting Diversity and Inclusion projects and action plans;

  • Supporting discussions on climate research, pulses, and data analysis;

  • Creating graphic and audiovisual materials that support the employer branding strategy;

  • Contributing to the design of internal recognition programs.





Requirements:

  • Degreed in Administration, Psychology, Organizational Communication, Design, Human Resources, or related areas.

  • Proven experience in endomarketing, internal communication, employer branding, and other processes related to the employee journey.

  • Advanced knowledge of employer branding and internal communication strategies.

  • Analytical skills for evaluating metrics and results.

  • Advanced written and oral English 

  • Leadership and team management skills.

  • Strategic thinking and long-term vision.

  • Innovation and proactivity in identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and other Office programs.

  • Knowledge of design and video editing tools.
