We are into B2B Lending and cover both SME and Emerging Corporate customers Pan-India having our offices spread across 20+ cities in India including NCR, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Indore, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, etc.

OXYZO is part of the OfBusiness Group and was incorporated in 2017 - having already built an AUM (Asset Under Management) of 7,000 Cr with a PAT of 300 Cr last year and is growing year on year with well-established processes and governance framework with marque investors including Creation Investments, Matrix Partners, Norwest, Tiger Global and Alpha Wave.

What you will do.

  • Ticket size ranges from 40 lacs to 5 Crores.

  • Delivery month on month targets LAP Loan Disbursal, Processing Fee, Income and Portfolio Health.

  • Manage Client Origination and File Login in line with Organization Policies from time to time with the Credit Team

  • Manage Connector & Channel Engagements,

  • Engage with CPA and Credit Manager to resolve any Clarification / additional inputs from clients for CAM presentation

  • Drive Client Acceptance, Client Loan Documentation for on-boarding, draw downs and recovery efforts if any.

  • Drive any cross-Sell initiatives that organization will drive from time to time.

  • To ensure the highest level of conduct, integrity and transparency in their dealings with internal and external stakeholders.

What we are looking for.

  • 3+ years of experience with NBFC or Bank in to the similar product.

  • Good DSA network

  • Local candidate is preferred.

  • Self driven and people who can work in fast paced environment
