The Associate Account Executive - ITOM (AAE) is responsible for developing new and additional Zenduty business from new prospects and existing customers, as well as actively seeking new logo opportunities. The AAE is responsible for maturing and generating new pipeline across all prospects. The AAE will be responsible for meeting the sales targets for their assigned territory and for full sales cycle motion of building, moving, and closing sales opportunities. The AAE will work directly with prospects, customers as well as through the partner channel. This role will be a hybrid position in our East Austin office.
Responsibilities:
- Pipeline building through collaboration with marketing, customer success and through own outreach activities
- Monitor for upsell and cross-sell opportunities with the assistance of Customer Success and Renewals team. Discuss findings with Customer Success and Sales leadership
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to the business on a weekly basis and keep SFDC and Clari complete and up to date
- Meet quarterly and annual targets for both sales and pipeline generation
- Learn and continuously improve how to deliver the Xurrent and Zenduty Golden Pitch and Golden Demo
- Support marketing with account based marketing activities that could lead to new, upsell or growth opportunities in our ITOM portfolio
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors to pinpoint opportunities
- Develop strong relationships within Xurrent’s existing partner and customer network
Requirements/Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, in person, in writing and over the phone
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience in enterprise software sales/channel sales or business development
- Punctual and accurate in keeping CRM and other systems up to date
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, start-up environment with a "can-do" attitude
- Collaborative approach to working with various internal and external stakeholders
