What will you drive?
As our IT Support Engineer Extraordinaire, you’ll be the unsung hero behind our seamless operations. Whether it’s setting up new branch IT systems, troubleshooting hardware, or managing vendor relations, your role will keep us firing on all cylinders. If it has a screen, a network, or a processor, it’s in your lane.
Expertise across OS platforms (Windows, Mac, Ubuntu). Knowledge of computer hardware and software support, CCTV systems, and internet technologies. IT asset / Inventory management, Basic knowledge of Google sheet and MS excel" Strong hands-on experience with IT ticketing tools. Skill in maintaining high systems and infrastructure availability. Proficiency in vendor and ISP management, with a knack for smooth communication and coordination.

We’re on the hunt for a tech-savvy problem solver who’s ready to jump into action, troubleshoot with a smile, and keep the digital engine humming. Someone who can speak fluent “OS” (Windows, Mac, Ubuntu) and loves getting hands-on with all things hardware, software, and internet technology. Operating Systems & Application Guru Install, configure, and tune up Windows, Mac, and Linux systems—keeping us moving like a well-oiled machine. Tech Support Wizard From ticketing tools to remote support, you’ll handle IT queries and field issues with expertise, whether they’re desktop, laptop, printer, or network-related. Network & Security Guardian Troubleshoot networks, maintain backup protocols, and implement redundancy measures—because downtime isn’t in our vocabulary.
