We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our expanding Account Management team.

 

What you'll do:

  • Have a data-driven approach to customer engagement and developing customer relationships
  • Leverage MEDDICC sales strategies to improve win rates and drive customer decision-making 
  • Evaluate the prospective customer needs and tailor SEON solutions to help them achieve their business goals
  • Effectively use CRM and tools to report on and track progress on customer accounts
  • Work closely with our marketing and other cross functional teams to cultivate demand
  • Attend relevant industry events
  • Become a Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering expert and champion to the market
  • Drive customer growth, by continuing to build relationships and proactively identifying opportunities to deliver great customer value 
  • Agrees to joint accountability with colleagues and cross-functional teams for optimal customer success
  • Follows best practices when using CRM and other Sales tools in order to manage the Sales and Buyer cycle

 

What you will bring:

  • Excellent communication skills. You should feel comfortable making calls and speaking with people from all over the world
  • Able to adapt your communication style and delivery depending on the different level of stakeholders 
  • Extensive experience in B2B technology sales and account management, preferably in SaaS
  • Knowledge of fraud and/or payment processes is an advantage
  • Knowledge of another foreign language is a huge advantage
  • Experience of developing accounts and owning your own revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results 
  • Previous experience at managing a high-level business in an evangelistic sales environment
