What will you drive?
Field Sales and Customer Engagement: Engage with end consumers directly at dealership sites, effectively pitching and converting warranty service sales.Develop strong relationships with channel partners to generate referrals and establish a trustworthy presence on site.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly warranty sales targets through active on-field engagement. Utilize effective sales techniques tailored to the needs of each consumer for optimal conversion rates.
Product Expertise: Attain a deep knowledge of Cars24 warranty offerings, including coverage details and claim processes, to clearly communicate value to consumers. Monitor industry trends and competitors offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Explain the details of car warranties to dealers, including coverage, limitations, and exclusion. Coordinate warranty inspections and repairs, ensuring compliance with warranty terms and conditions
Customer Support & Follow-up: Guide customers on warranty claims processes and address all inquiries, building lasting relationships. Conduct follow-ups with channel partners to assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback for product improvements.
Data Reporting: Coordinate with the sales team to refine pitches and enhance warranty offerings based on customer feedback.
## Who are we looking for?
Education: Bachelors Degree Minimum. Experience: 2 Years+ in sales, preferably in automotive, warranty, motor insurance, or consumer services Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a field role
