Job Description:
We are looking for a Data Manager to lead our Data Team (Data Ops, Data Platform, and Data Analytics) strategy, ensuring a robust, scalable, and business-aligned data ecosystem. This person will be responsible for end-to-end data operations, including infrastructure, governance, analytics, and integration with key business systems such as CRM (Salesforce & HubSpot).
The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader who can translate company objectives into a structured data roadmap, ensuring efficient execution while enabling business teams with high-quality, reliable data. They will own backlog management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration to guarantee impactful and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:

Lead and own the Data Team, overseeing Data Ops, Data Platform, and Data Analytics.

Develop and execute the data strategy, aligning it with company objectives and business needs.

Manage data infrastructure and integrations, ensuring seamless operations between platforms, including CRM (Salesforce & HubSpot).

Drive backlog management and prioritization, ensuring a strategic and results-driven approach to data initiatives.

Establish and monitor data governance and quality processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance.

Collaborate closely with leadership and business stakeholders to provide insights and optimize decision-making.

Lead and mentor a high-performing data team, providing clear direction, coaching, and career development.

Study data daily to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, proactively addressing potential risks.

Ensure operational excellence, continuously improving processes, automation, and data workflows.
Requirements:

Proven experience leading a Data Team, managing Data Ops, Data Platform, and Data Analytics.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and develop a high-performing team.

Deep expertise in backlog management and stakeholder communication, ensuring business alignment.

Experience with CRM data operations (Salesforce & HubSpot) and their integration into the broader data strategy.

Hands-on experience with data platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

Fluent in English (mandatory).

Proactive, data-driven mindset with a strong problem-solving approach.

Familiarity with cloud technologies and enterprise system integrations.

Understanding of advanced analytics and automation in Data Ops.
