Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Assist the Director in overseeing daily operations across multiple ASCs, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Work with Center Managers to ensure meetings and compliance tracking completed in timely manner
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Compile and analyze operational data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and prepare reports for the Director.
  • Policy Implementation: Help enforce policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and operational excellence.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the Director, Office staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Accreditation: Assist in maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Travel:  Travel to our offices throughout NYC to assist, hold meetings, perform surveys

 

Qualifications


Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in healthcare operations
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities , communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office is usually required. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (Required). Familiarity with other productivity tools like Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Accounting Experience preferred.
