What will you drive?

Lead and manage last-mile delivery operations, ensuring on-time and cost-effective fulfillment.

Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, delivery success rate, and cost per shipment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including warehouse operations, supply chain, and customer support.

Identify and implement technology-driven solutions to optimize last-mile logistics.

Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers and delivery partners to ensure high performance.

Enhance rider and fleet management through training, capacity planning, and route optimization.

Drive continuous process improvements using data analytics and market insights.

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational guidelines.
Who are we looking for?

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Engineering.

8+ years of experience in last-mile operations, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain management.

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead large teams.

Experience in managing logistics partners and 3PL service providers.

Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytics tools.

Knowledge of emerging trends in last-mile logistics and technology solutions.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Experience in handling large-scale e-commerce logistics operations.

Familiarity with route optimization and fleet management software.

Understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape in India’s logistics sector.
