We are growing rapidly and are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team and support product initiatives that drive customer adoption and optimal business impact. What you'll be doing

    • Together with senior product managers, you’ll partner cross-functionally to support the execution of product strategies from concept to launch
    • Support senior product managers in delivering on product development roadmaps and features prioritization
    • Collect, document, and research product requirements through stakeholder meetings, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence. Ensure clear and detailed requirements for engineering and design teams for successful implementation.
    • Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive products to provide insights that inform product development decisions
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment on product goals and business objectives
    • Participate in product testing to help identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with QA to ensure product meets high quality standards before launch
    • Support go-to-market initiatives by assisting in the planning of product launches, including marketing and customer communication efforts, to ensure successful adoption

We'll be excited if you have

    • Bachelors degree in computer science, business, or related field
    • 1+ year experience in product management or product development, ideally in B2B SaaS
    • Strong analytical and technical acumen with an ability to derive creative solutions 
    • Excellent communication skills and can read, write, and speak effectively to various technical and non-technical audiences
    • Passion for understanding customer need and pain points and translating them into product requirements
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
As a hybrid office-centric company, we are looking for candidates in the Bay Area. The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated pay range for this role is USD $105,000. Other factors that impact compensation include stock options. 
 
The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
