As a Strategy & Operations Business Architect Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the successful application of our GTM and operations annual plan by:

  • Supporting the GTM team in building the strategic drivers of the company
  • Coordinating complex and multidisciplinary projects from inception to completion across marketing, sales, services, and product
  • Monitoring the execution of projects and identifying opportunities for improvement cross-company 

 

You will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, executing, and communicating with the teams involved, bringing order to ambiguity. The ideal candidate has analytical mindset, solid experience in cross-functional projects coordination and delivery, technical knowledge of PMO, and excellent communications.

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the in-depth analysis and design of GTM initiatives.
  • Support coordination with teams to build consensus and alignment.
  • Lead coordination of transformational projects from inception to conclusion.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation (e.g., objectives, metrics, schedules, teams, risks) and ensure objectives are met.
  • Implement regular updates through clear communication, presentations, and status reports.
  • Throughout the journey, identify opportunities for improvement, be that strategic or operational, ensuring a feedback loop to our strategy.
  • Coordinate additional strategic projects and pilots to drive company growth.



Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience in managing transformational projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organization, planning and prioritization skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset proven from past experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret metrics for decision-making purposes.
  • Advanced or fluent English.
