What will you drive?

Travel extensively within the assigned region, identifying potential franchise partners, such as used car dealers. Pitch Cars24’s franchise business model, demonstrating the return on investment (ROI) potential. Streamline the onboarding process, using guidelines for Intent, Infrastructure, and Involvement to filter leads. Oversee legal and regulatory documentation to ensure compliance. Provide operational support during the franchise setup phase, including implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs). Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships and addressing any concerns. Work closely with the marketing team to support franchisees in maintaining brand consistency and leveraging local marketing opportunities. Gather feedback to improve onboarding and hand over the franchise to the network portfolio management team once operational.

Who are we looking for?

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Has proven experience in franchise development, operations, or a similar role. Possesses a strong understanding of franchising laws and regulations. Excels in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships and expectations. Is comfortable with extensive travel to regional cities for potential partner outreach and on-site visits. Is detail-oriented with solid organizational and project management abilities. Is capable of ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and managing the hiring and training of the franchise workforce.
