We are seeking a skilled LLM/AI Engineer to join our remote team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI applications utilizing large language models (LLMs). Your expertise in frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph will be crucial in building sophisticated AI agents that address the complex needs of large-scale asset management.

• Design and implement AI applications leveraging large language models to solve real-world problems.
• Develop and maintain workflows using LangChain and LangGraph to create stateful, multi-agent systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.
• Optimize and fine-tune language models for specific use cases to enhance performance and accuracy.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI model performance and deployment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing applications with large language models.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles and natural language processing techniques.
• Experience with stateful graph-based AI agent frameworks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience with AI agent frameworks and building stateful, multi-actor applications.
