We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer who is passionate about using AI to solve complex problems. The ideal candidate will have experience with technologies like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), OpenAI models, Claude, and LLaMA, and should be familiar with implementing AI solutions in a financial context. Experience with LangChain is a significant plus, as our platform integrates multiple AI technologies to enhance data analysis and decision-making processes.

• Develop and deploy AI models, including but not limited to OpenAI's GPT, Claude, LLaMA, and RAG for enhancing our AI-driven features.
• Work independently to identify opportunities for AI integration that can improve our platform's effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into robust AI solutions.
• Optimize AI processes and infrastructure to improve performance and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI technology and continuously explore new tools and techniques.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Proven experience in deploying AI models and understanding of NLP techniques.
• Experience with LangChain and familiarity with AI models from OpenAI (like ChatGPT), Google (like LLaMA), or Anthropic (like Claude).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and figure out complex problems effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Background in data engineering with experience in data pipelines and architecture.
• Previous experience in the financial services or fintech industry.
• Published work or contributions to open source projects in the field of AI or Machine Learning.
