Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Identify and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the digital marketing team.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
Campaign Management & Execution
- Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and other relevant channels.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Display Ads, Social Media Ads) focusing on ROI optimization, CPA reduction, and conversion increase.
- Manage and optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and user experience.
- Implement local SEO strategies to increase local visibility and leads.
- Create and manage compelling content (written, visual, and video) for various marketing channels.
- Develop and manage marketing funnels for lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Implement omnichannel marketing strategies to deliver a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Develop and manage budgets for all digital marketing activities.
Channel Management & Expertise
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) including Technical SEO, Local SEO, SEO for Classifieds, Listing SEO, and Yellow Pages optimization.
- Manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns, including experience with Google Ads and other search advertising platforms.
- Be an expert in Social Media Marketing (SMM) with a strong understanding of major platforms like Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Develop and implement effective content marketing strategies.
- Utilize email marketing tools and platforms for lead generation and customer engagement.
- Explore and implement innovative marketing tactics, including WhatsApp marketing and SMS marketing.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and data utilization for marketing purposes.
Metrics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using data analytics tools.
- Generate comprehensive reports to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Continuously monitor and optimize marketing activities based on data-driven insights.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a senior digital marketing role with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the entire digital marketing landscape (360° expertise) including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Local SEO, and emerging marketing trends.
- Expertise in paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Budget management and optimization skills.
