Qu is backed by several leading venture capital groups and is led by a team of proven industry executives. We are currently seeking a senior product manager to help drive the future of our platform.
The Senior Product Manager Integrations will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of scalable API-based integrations with critical external and internal systems that power digital ordering for our restaurant partners. You’ll collaborate with engineering, customer success, design, and business development teams to define and deliver productized APIs and integration capabilities that support our enterprise QSR partners at scale.
At Qu you will:
- Lead product strategy and roadmap execution for all third-party and proprietary order-taking integrations.
- Translate integration requirements into reusable, scalable API services that power multiple channels (e.g., Doordash, Uber Eats, first-party web/mobile apps, Olo, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to scope, design, and deliver robust, high-availability services. You must be able to read API docs, define technical requirements, and engage in detailed solution discussions.
- Work cross-functionally with restaurant customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to define business problems, gather requirements, and deliver integrated solutions that drive order volume and operational efficiency.
- Define SLAs, monitoring metrics, and operational workflows for integrations to ensure seamless order ingestion and fulfillment.
- Represent the integrations domain internally and externally — drive adoption, educate teams, and champion the API ecosystem vision.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on technical integrations or API products.
- Proven experience leading the development of scalable APIs and SDKs used by external partners and internal teams.
- Exceptional technical literacy — ability to read API documentation, discuss architectural tradeoffs, and collaborate deeply with engineering.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Preferred: Experience in restaurant tech industry, ideally with a QSR, restaurant-focused POS, or aggregator/Olo platform.
- Preferred: Strong understanding of restaurant operations specifically with digital ordering flows.
