The Role


We're seeking our first dedicated Content Marketer to establish Greenlite as the thought leader in AI-powered financial compliance while driving measurable pipeline growth. You'll create compelling content that builds trust with compliance officers, demonstrates ROI to executives, and directly generates qualified leads for our sales team. This is a hands-on, revenue-focused role for someone who thrives on turning complex technical concepts into content that converts prospects into customers.


What You'll Do


Content Strategy & Creation (50%)

  • Write blog posts showing how Greenlite handles real compliance tasks. (2-3 weekly)

  • Create whitepapers and guides that establish our regulatory expertise (1-2 quarterly)

  • Produce customer stories showcasing actual results.

  • Develop technical docs showing implementation teams exactly how Greenlite works

  • Ghost-write thought leadership for our executives in industry publications


Lead Generation & Sales Enablement (25%)

  • Build gated content (ROI calculators, implementation guides) that captures qualified leads

  • Create content funnels that move prospects from "How can we use AI in compliance?" to "Let me see a demo!"

  • Work with sales to understand what buyers actually care about - then create content addressing those concerns

  • Build email sequences that nurture leads through their buying journey

  • Create sales collateral - one-pagers, pitch decks, competitive battle cards

  • Track which content actually generates pipeline and revenue


Digital Content & SEO (15%)

  • Optimize content for terms like "AI compliance" and "AML automation"

  • Grow our "Banking on AI" newsletter to 5,000+ subscribers in 12 months

  • Build our LinkedIn following from 2,300 to 10,000+ by EOY

  • Create video scripts for product demos showing exactly how Greenlite investigates alerts

  • Build a content library so sales can quickly find the right case study or collateral


Market Education & Thought Leadership (10%)

  • Stay current on financial crime regulations and AI developments

  • Interview customers to extract compelling stories about their experience

  • Create content educating the market on how AI agents differ from traditional tools

  • Develop vertical-specific content for crypto, lending, wealth management


Measurement & Optimization (5%)

  • Track what content drives traffic, engagement, leads, and pipeline

  • Report monthly on content-attributed revenue impact

  • A/B test everything to maximize lead generation

  • Double down on content that accelerates deals


About You


Experience

  • 3-5 years in B2B content marketing, ideally in fintech or enterprise SaaS

  • Track record of creating content that generates qualified pipeline

  • Ability to write for compliance and technical audiences

  • Portfolio showing content that converts

  • Financial services or compliance background is a huge plus


Skills & Abilities

  • Exceptional writing with perfect grammar

  • Strong SEO knowledge

  • Comfortable interfacing with customers and executives

  • Self-directed project management

  • Experience with CMS, marketing automation, and analytics tools

Salary range: $110,000-$170,000 annually, based on qualifications, experience, and skills. This excludes benefits and potential equity value.
