We’re looking for a strategic, scrappy, and customer-obsessed Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of our growth.
What You’ll Own

Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy across brand, product, content, lifecycle, and growth initiatives.

Elevate the Dripos brand to be the go‑to platform in the coffee industry.

Build and manage a scalable demand-generation engine that delivers qualified leads and fuels revenue.

Lead product marketing for new launches, crafting messaging, positioning, and enablement materials.

Run customer-facing marketing; including, email, in-app messaging, case studies, and community engagement.

Assemble and mentor a lean, high-impact marketing team (contractors, agencies, and early hires).

Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Partnerships to align GTM plans.
Who You Are

6+ years in marketing, with hands-on experience in early-stage B2B SaaS environments.

Comfortable planning big-picture strategies and getting deep into execution.

Skilled at marketing SMB software. Bonus points if you’ve touched hospitality or retail.

A storyteller at heart who writes crisp, compelling copy.

Energized by fast feedback loops, iterative testing, and working side-by-side with our CEO and Growth leaders.

Work Environment
Our team is fully in-person at our Manhattan office. We believe in the power of close-knit spontaneous collaboration, which is why our team is together five days a week!
