Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Sr. Sales Manager to lead complex enterprise sales and business development engagements, drive revenue growth, and help shape Auradine’s go-to market strategy. This role is ideal for a senior sales professional with deep experience in solution selling, enterprise relationship development, and global account management—ideally in infrastructure technology or hardware-based systems.
You will own strategic opportunities from origination to close, while collaborating cross functionally to align customer success with Auradine’s product and operational roadmap.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to expand enterprise footprint and accelerate revenue
- Manage high-value global accounts across the blockchain and infrastructure ecosystem, including data center operators, mining firms, and energy-aligned partners
- Drive large, complex solution sales cycles from ASIC-level to system-level deployments
- Build and deepen relationships with C-level decision makers and technical stakeholders
- Align with internal product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to deliver customer-specific solutions and support execution at scale
- Represent Auradine at industry forums, strategic partner summits, and customer events
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and deal structuring for long-term customer value
- Maintain detailed sales reporting, forecasts, and pipeline visibility through Salesforce and internal tools
- Serve as a customer advocate and escalation point, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the lifecycle
What you bring
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in the technology sector, selling to enterprise accounts
- Proven track record selling complex infrastructure solutions—ASICs, systems, or integrated hardware/software platforms
- Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar sales cycles and strategic accounts
- Strong strategic mindset with ability to balance long-term growth and quarterly execution
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and executive engagement skills
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce and CRM-driven pipeline discipline
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including internationally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into blockchain, infrastructure, or data center markets
- Background working with mining systems, sovereign or energy-led initiatives
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in early-stage or high-growth environments
Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $150,000 – $250,000
- Variable Compensation: Performance-based incentive plan
- Equity: Stock options aligned to role and experience
