The Education Manager/Trainer will lead the delivery of Face Reality's advanced education and training programs tailored to the medical aesthetics channel including dermatology clinics, medspas, key accounts, and aesthetic medical practices. This role is responsible for live and virtual training, hands-on instruction, in-office support, and strategic collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to deepen product adoption, elevate clinical outcomes, and grow brand loyalty in the medical channel. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

 

Education Strategy 

  • Deliver compelling live and virtual education sessions, including product knowledge, treatment protocols, acne-safe methodology, and integrated skincare practices
  • Facilitate small to mid-sized seminars, hands-on workshops, and webinars for medical professionals across the U.S.
  • Support onboarding and upskilling efforts for medical partners and internal teams (BD/Sales/Success)
  • Ensure all educational content aligns with Face Reality’s Clear Skin Method™ and medical positioning

 

Program Innovation and Delivery 

 

  • Create and implement cutting-edge training and programs catered specifically to medical aesthetics, dermatology, and plastic surgery channels
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop content and tools that reflect current industry trends, medical device integrations (e.g., lasers, micro needling), and evolving standards of care
  • Serve as a hands-on trainer and educator for live and virtual sessions, ensuring content is engaging and clinically relevant
  • Co-create protocol enhancements, marketing assets, and sales enablement tools that position education as a value driver

 

In-Office & Field-Based Training

 

  • Partner with the Education & Business Development teams to identify and prioritize accounts for in-office training (new, high-potential, strategic partnerships)
  • Conduct treatment room observation, technique enhancement/refinement, and real-time coaching during in-office/on-site visits
  • Prepare customized education plans (in conjunction with Medical AM’s) based on account maturity and needs

 

Business Growth and Development

 

  • Act as a strategic partner to the Business Development team, aligning educational offerings with revenue growth targets and supporting product adoption in the medical and dermatology channel
  • Develop customized training programs for key accounts, tailoring content to meet the specific needs of medical professionals and their practices to drive measurable business results
  • Collaborate with business development to identify untapped market segments, craft strategic initiatives, and launch targeted programs that address unique challenges in the medical aesthetics industry
  • Assist partners in enhancing practice profitability by providing education on service bundling, patient retention strategies, and incorporating retail opportunities into their business models
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing and innovation, to create campaigns and content that position education as a value-added service, increasing partner loyalty and long-term engagement
  • Track and analyze educational program participation, product usage, and revenue impacts, utilizing insights to refine and improve future initiatives
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events, showcasing educational expertise and building credibility within the medical channel
  • Lead efforts to expand the company’s footprint in the medical skincare market by leveraging relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, thought leaders, and strategic partners to open new opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to position training programs as a competitive advantage, ensuring consistent messaging around the role of education in achieving superior patient outcomes and practice success

 

Content Creation

 

  • Design high-quality educational materials, including video modules, webinars, treatment protocols, and written guides tailored to the medical channel
  • Incorporate advanced modalities such as laser treatments, LED therapy, micro needling, etc. into training programs
  • Co-create protocol enhancements, marketing assests, and sales enablement tools that position education as a value driver

 

Team Leadership and Development

 

  • Mentor junior team members and Business Development Managers to execute educational initiatives efficiently
  • Provide guidance and resources to ensure educational aptitude and goal achievement for business development team

 

Partnership Development

 

  • Build strong relationships with medical channel partners, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry experts to enhance program credibility and extend the organization’s reach. 

 

Monitoring and Metrics

 

  • Along with business development and education, implement performance metrics to evaluate the success of education programs and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Regularly review data and feedback to refine programs and drive continuous improvement
  • Report on education ROI, qualitative feedback, and training satisfaction across all touchpoints

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or science related field (preferred)
  • Master’s degree in science related field a big plus
  • Licensed Esthetician (required)
  • Certifications in advanced skincare or related modalities (preferred)

 

EXPERIENCE

 

  • 5+ years of professional experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or other related field with a focus on education and curriculum development
  • Proven expertise in medical-grade skincare, acne treatments/solutions, advanced modalities, and patient care
  • Experience managing educational programs, delivering live and virtual training sessions, and supporting business development

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

 

The successful candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Salary: $85k-$95k per year plus bonus and full benefits package
