To support our growth and become a leader in the European consumer billing market, we are looking for an additional Engineering Manager to join our team.

About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with solid payments experience for a team within our Payments area. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to balance leadership with hands-on involvement in our client projects. You will join the team in a defining period in time with all the possibilities to find new and joint ways of working.

What you will do:

• Manage internal and external customers
• Plan and manage product and technical deliveries, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Challenge and grow a team of developers
• Continuously improve our ways of working
• Support product discovery

What you bring:

• Experience creating high-performing teams
• A strong customer and commercial focus 
• An understanding of how to create and measure value
• Knowledge about bank integrations and payment flows

Who you are:
You have a commercial mindset with a customer focus, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You possess the ability to deliver scalable products rapidly and with high quality while cultivating a high-performing team. You should have a general technical understanding, even if you don’t write code yourself.
