Summary
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving traffic, new customer acquisition, and growth across multiple channels. It is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for research, campaign build-out, analysis, and optimizing paid campaigns across channels.
What you will be doing in the role (Responsibilities)

Develop a deep understanding of Avoma as a product, its use cases, and its target audience.

Plan, test, implement, and measure multi-channel paid campaigns to drive inbound demand.

Perform audience research to develop new campaign ideas for paid search and paid social.

Manage day-to-day performance across media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, ABM, Display.

Exploring and adding new channels for customer acquisition.

Establish the measurement methodology and analyze results in terms of ROI, ROAS, and other key KPIs.

Analyze performance data and report on results, including campaign results, data stories, and spend recommendations.

Rapidly iterate on the strategy based on findings.
Responsibilities
Requirements

6+ years of experience in performance marketing

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, such as Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager

Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and insights from data

Experience with A/B testing and optimization

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
