Job Description
The PR, Community & Events Manager will lead global initiatives across PR, community engagement, co-marketing partnerships, and events. This role focuses on building relationships, driving awareness, and delivering measurable business results.
Key responsibilities:
Proactive PR for thought leadership
Build media relationships to secure coverage in top trade, business, and tech outlets.
Occasionally partner with agencies on stories, press releases, and thought leadership (TL) content.
Adapt PR strategy to stay ahead of industry shifts.
Community engagement & brand advocacy
Cultivate relationships with key customers and influencers to build a loyal brand community.
Collaborate with customer success, sales, and marketing to align initiatives with business goals.
Profile-raising events with business impact
Lead strategy and execution of key events to engage decision-makers, elevate our brand, and identify new growth opportunities.
Manage logistics, content, and partner collaboration for hosted and sponsored events.
Co-marketing partnerships for awareness & demand generation
Identify and lead co-marketing campaigns with partners to generate leads, build trust, and increase visibility.
Qualifications
Experience:
4+ years in similar roles (SaaS or tech experience preferred)
Fluent English competency both written and spoken is a must
Skills:
Creative and strategic mindset with strong execution and project management skills.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abliities.
Comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Agile, able to pivot when needed, and maintain focus on business priorities.
Outcome-focused with a drive for continuous improvement.
