What you will do.
We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead the operations at our apparel manufacturing facility based in Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh. The General Manager – Operations will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of a plant with 1,500 machines, ensuring efficiency, quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the entire operations of the apparel manufacturing plant, including production, quality, planning, maintenance, and compliance.

Drive productivity and operational excellence across departments.

Implement effective production strategies to meet customer timelines and cost targets.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ensure adherence to export quality standards and buyer requirements.

Manage and mentor plant-level teams to ensure performance and growth.

Ensure compliance with labor, safety, and statutory norms.
What we are looking for.

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

Minimum 15+ years of experience in the apparel manufacturing industry, with a strong background in export operations.

Proven experience in managing large-scale plants (1,000+ machines preferred).

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-
Working knowledge of Telugu will be an added advantage.
