About the Role

For our expanding European market, we are looking for an enthusiastic Product Owner based in Belgium (Hybrid - Ieper or Leuven) with an interest in business analysis and process improvement. You will bridge customer and internal stakeholder needs critically analyzing their core business processes – with business strategy and technical execution.

You'll own the product backlog of a Scrum-based team, define requirements derived from deep process understanding, and collaborate closely with the Agile teams (Engineering, UI/UX Design, and QA/Testing), product management, and local stakeholders. Success requires strong business process analysis skills, technical understanding, and excellent communication to align teams and deliver solutions that optimize customer workflows.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Analyze processes & requirements to define vision & find optimizations.
  • Own & Prioritize the team backlog, linking features directly to process value.
  • Translate roadmap items & process improvements into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Champion operational needs within Agile teams & guide effective sprint delivery.
  • Manage release readiness (comms, docs) for new features & process changes.
  • Monitor product impact on workflows/goals and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in software/SaaS environments.
  • Expertise in Agile backlog management, requirements gathering & business process analysis/optimization.
  • Strong collaborator with excellent communication, influencing & problem-solving abilities, focused on process-driven solutions.
  • Experience in Logistics, Telematics, Fleet Management, or optimizing B2B workflows is highly beneficial.
  • Global or multi-regional experience is an advantage; a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within EMEA (up to 25%); fluent English required. A good understanding of Dutch is preferred. (French or additional languages are a plus).
