-
Lead weekly inventory planning process & meetings, collaborating with Procurement and Supply Chain to execute according to plan
-
Perform any relevant analysis needed to investigate forecasting anomalies and communicate any issues to leadership
-
Lead business case developments, scenario modeling and any ad-hoc analysis as needed within the Supply Chain team
-
Develop, monitor and report on forecasting metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, weeks on hand goals, out-of-stock events etc
-
Monitor and report on other Supply Chain KPIs - such as On Time Delivery, Quality metrics, Unit COGS etc
-
Collaborate with Finance to tie operational plans to margin and cashflow targets
-
Support on any other Supply Chain initiatives as needed - such as continuous improvement projects, MRP integrations etc
-
Build out and grow the Inventory Planning function within Supply Chain
