Our pioneering agent, Donna, is already making a significant impact in hospitals. Designed as an intelligent phone assistant, Donna handles patients’ phone calls to book appointments, answer FAQ, and even to take messages for practitioners. Launched at the beginning of 2024, Donna has been adopted by over 200 doctors, streamlining their operations and enhancing patient satisfaction.
But this is just the beginning. Applications of voice technologies are limitless. With some major milestones to come, we're gearing up to scale new heights.
About the Position

As a Founders' Associate Intern, you'll work closely with founders on both strategic initiatives, fundraising matters & day-to-day operations. This is a unique, transversal role designed to give you a 360° view of our business and product. You'll be at the heart of decision-making, contributing to shaping the company's foundation.
Your internship unfolds in two exciting phases
Phase 1: Dive deep into product & operations (~3 Months)
- Collaborate directly with the founders, especially Aymeric, to support daily operations.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of every aspect of the business and product development.
- Support fundraising efforts.
Phase 2: Lead your own project (~3 Months)
- Once you're ready, take the helm of a new project—be it acquiring a new major client, exploring a novel use case, or venturing into uncharted territories.
- Your mission: demonstrate the value of your project within three months.
- Drive innovation and make a tangible impact on the company's growth trajectory.
You’ll rapidly develop skills across various domains in a dynamic startup environment, and you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects that matter. We expect the candidates to be team players, super adaptive, and eager to learn—you’ll learn a lot!
Key missions: drive innovation and make an impact
- Operational & product excellence: optimize our voice agents through logs management, innovate through voice agents testing, master the art of prompt engineering to refine and enhance our AI’s conversational abilities…
- Fundraising: identify potential investors, tell our story and support the fundraising process by preparing essential documentation (slide decks, commercial materials)
- Business development leader: You will be an ambassador of the company, getting high expositions to potential partners, prospects and clients.
- Handle a great new strategic project for Rounded (phase 2)
The profile we are looking for
- End-of-studies or gap year second internship for students from a top-tier engineering or business school
- Knowledge/ proficiency in Python will be a real advantage, you’ll be able to dive deep into our AI technologies, contributing to groundbreaking developments
- Experience in investment banking, venture capital, or strategy consulting is highly valued. You will take part in the fundraising.
- Availability and willingness to continue contributing to the company’s growth alongside the founders after the internship is a criterion.
