Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into high-value partnerships and closed deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive, creative and personalized outreach
- Navigate companies to identify key stakeholders, build champions, and close deals with decision-makers.
- Keep customer data, forecasts, and pipeline insights up to date in HubSpot for accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in sales
- Proven track record in developing new business and adding net new logos.
- Ability to build relationships with executive teams.
- A strategic, relationship-driven mindset with strong sales acumen and a passion for building impactful partnerships.
- Passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Located in Toronto, Canada
Total Comp:
- Base: $60,000 CAD/yr
- Additional Compensation: Commission
- Health + dental benefits
- Monthly transit/gym reimbursement
- We will provide you with a company laptop on your start date
