What will you do
Billing Operations:
- Generate and issue accurate invoices to channel partners and direct clients
- Ensure billing cycles are completed on time and aligned with contractual agreements
- Support sales tax reporting and revenue recognition scheduling
Collections Management:
- Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up on overdue payments in accordance with company protocols
- Build and maintain positive relationships with partners and clients to facilitate smooth payment processes
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on billing and collections status.
- Analyze payment trends and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Support end-of-month period closing and financial reporting activities
System Utilization:
- Manage billing and collections processes using NetSuite, Stripe, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ensure data integrity across all platforms and reconcile any discrepancies
