Cynet is seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to lead business development and account growth within the Central Public Administration sector in Italy.
This role is key to expanding Cynet’s footprint in the public sector by managing strategic relationships, understanding the regulatory landscape, and aligning our cybersecurity solutions with the specific needs of government entities. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of central PA dynamics, strong commercial acumen, and a proven track record of navigating public procurement processes. You will work cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and ongoing client satisfaction, while actively identifying new opportunities to drive growth and meet defined objectives.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Management and growth of the assigned client portfolio within the Central Public Administration sector.
- In-depth understanding of the dynamics, regulations, and decision-making processes of the central PA.
- Development and presentation of effective commercial proposals aligned with company value proposition.
- Coordination with internal teams to ensure the implementation and delivery of services/products.
- Monitoring client satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.
- Achievement of defined sales and growth objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of at least 5 years in the role of Account Manager, with a specific focus on Central Public Administration.
- Solid knowledge of the Italian regulatory and administrative context (MEPA, convenzioni, ecc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to work effectively in a team.
