What It Takes:
- Deep Fintech Experience - 5+ years in fintech, ideally within payments, selling to PSPs or payments-related platforms- Must.
- Partnerships Leadership - 2–5 years of experience building and scaling partnerships functions, with a strong strategic and commercial lens.
- Network in Payments - A strong, warm network across PSPs, orchestration layers, and fintech platforms.
- Proven Deal-Making - Strong track record negotiating complex deals (rev share, integrations, co-selling) and driving measurable outcomes.
- Technical Fluency - Familiarity with payment tech, APIs, and platform integration models.
- Go-To-Market Insight - Ability to tie partnerships to broader company growth initiatives and product-market fit.
- Strong Relationship Skills - Executive-level communication skills and ability to build lasting trust with partners and internal teams.
