Job Summary and Responsibilities

The Manager, Dealer Training is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to automotive dealership personnel on our proprietary software solutions. This role involves facilitating engaging training sessions, creating and maintaining training materials, and providing ongoing support to dealership clients and our field representatives. The ideal candidate is a skilled trainer with a passion for automotive retail and a strong ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.

 

 


Training Delivery:

  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to dealership personnel at all levels, both online and in-person.
  • Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and technical abilities.
  • Ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with software updates and industry best practices.
  • Facilitate interactive workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises.

Training Material Development & Maintenance:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of training curricula and materials, including online modules, user guides, and presentations.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging and informative training content.
  • Maintain and update training documentation to reflect software changes and best practices.

Client Support & Communication:

  • Provide ongoing support to dealership clients, addressing software-related questions and resolving training-related issues.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with dealership personnel.
  • Collect and provide feedback from dealerships to improve training programs.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and departments to ensure consistent messaging and support.

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in training and automotive.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering online and in-person training programs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of automotive dealership operations and software solutions is highly desirable.
  • Travel Requirement: 85%

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM software and dealership management systems (DMS).
  • Certification in training or instructional design.
  • Reside in East or Central Timezones in United States
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
