Job Description

As a Product Manager for Advisory Services, you will own the roadmap and execution for our advisory offerings, ensuring they meet healthcare's complex cybersecurity and regulatory needs. You will work closely with business leaders, security professionals, development teams, marketing, sales, and clients to define and deliver solutions that mature the cybersecurity posture of healthcare.

Essential Job Functions

·      Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with the business unit, as well as marketing, sales, and customer success teams, to develop positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches.

·      Roadmap Management: Define and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market needs while also incorporating client feedback and requests.

·      New Services and Features: Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to develop new services, features, and functionality for their business units and the Central Command platform.

·      Requirement Gathering: Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional requirements and user stories, clearly identifying what is a need vs a nice-to-have. Ability to analyze, document, and help redefine business processes as necessary.

·      Development Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to communicate requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure the successful implementation of features.

·      Client Engagement: Partner with clients to determine needed features and gain insight into feature direction.

·      Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on product progress and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

 

Knowledge & Skills

Education & Experience

·      Proven experience as a Product Manager, Advisory Professional, or similar role in the advisory or technology sector, with the ability and comfort level to both drive direction in the services and contribute with opinions in a positive manner rather than just eliciting requirements.

 

Special Skills & Knowledge

·      Strong understanding of advisory services, including but not limited to Security Risk Assessments, Third-Party Risk Management, Security Awareness, Expertise on Demand, and Virtual CISO, as well as how they can be interrelated into an ecosystem.

·      General familiarity with cybersecurity services such as SIEM, MDR, Vulnerability Management, and Penetration Testing is a plus.

·      Familiarity with Software Development methodologies (SDLC and Agile) and tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar is a plus.

·      Familiarity with the concepts of artificial intelligence and a practical understanding of how it may be applied to add value and increase efficiency is a big plus.

·      Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

 

Licenses, Certifications, etc.

·      Product Owner certification (CSPO, SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent) is a plus.
