Job Description

We are seeking a safety-focused and detail-oriented Chemical Warehouse Administrator to oversee the storage, distribution, and compliance of hazardous materials in our modern warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory operations, strict adherence to regulatory standards, and seamless collaboration with logistics and safety teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate receiving, labeling, and distribution of chemicals.
  • Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems and ERP software.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to minimize stockouts.
  • Develop and update safety protocols, including SDS management and emergency response plans.
  • Optimize warehouse layout for workflow and space utilization.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to forecast demand and streamline procurement.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; associate degree in chemistry, logistics, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in chemical inventory management or warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse management systems.
  • Familiarity with chemical labeling and SDS protocols.
  • Exceptional attention to detail abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, environmental science, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or chemical distribution setting.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (speaking, listening, reading, writing)
