Your Role:

Treasure Data is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Management to join our Generative AI product team. You will be responsible for driving new Agentic Features and Agents of the product roadmap including the entire product life-cycle from definition, build, launch, and ramp. You work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions to a diverse set of global 2000 customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing and AI background as well as a proven track record of delivering successful enterprise grade SaaS AI products.

 

 

Responsibilities & Duties:  

  • Collaborate with the Product Management executives to align the Generative AI Agent product strategy with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Develop a comprehensive and prioritized roadmap based on use cases from customer feedback, marketing research and data analysis for some of our machine learning and analytics features. 
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for agents and agentic features, from ideation to launch.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and design scalable and robust solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX/UI design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
  • Conduct customer interviews, gather feedback, and deeply understand customer pain points to inform feature development and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for machine learning and analytics features.
  • Support the sales team in customer engagements, providing technical expertise and product knowledge as needed.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of machine learning and analytics features.
  • Regularly analyze and report on the performance of these features, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus. 
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager in the software industry, with a focus on AI or Machine Learning products
  • Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models, and AI agent architectures and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
  • Previous experience working with Generative AI in Global 2000 Marketing departments 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, sales and marketing.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful Generative AI  products and driving growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

 

Physical Requirements: 

Working out of our Tokyo, Japan office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.” 

 

Travel Requirements: 

Requires peaks of 25% travel to visit clients
