What will you be responsible for?
- You will lead a full-stack team of highly talented developers
- You will have ownership over a key domain at Guidde which includes our recommendation engine, content management, content distribution and more
- You will take a key part in planning and executing Guidde’s architecture
- You will be part of an amazing team pushing Guidde growth and executing its challenging roadmap
- You will be taking a key role in defining and shaping our development processes
Job Requirements
- You are an experienced Team Lead of talented developers
- You have a high level of managerial skills to create the right environment for talents to thrive
- You have hands-on experience in planning and executing architecture that satisfies complex requirements
- You have 6+ years experience in Software development, preferably working with NodeJS & React on Cloud-Based SaaS products
- You have 3+ years experience as a Team Lead
- You are a team player who wants to join a great team
- You are a professional practicing the most advanced methodologies in DevOps and CI/CD
Nice to haves :
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP
- Hands-on experience with both SQL and noSQL databases
- Experience in search and recommendation engines
