Job Description

We specialize in advanced AI models for molecule design and software tools that enable scientists to explore applications in pharmaceuticals, agriculture, and environmental technology.

Role Description

As a Generative AI Model Developer, you will be at the forefront of creating cutting-edge end-to-end generative AI models for molecular designs. Your role involves designing and implementing complex architectures that integrate advanced techniques such as transformers, graph neural networks, large language models (LLMs), and point cloud analysis. In addition to model development, you will be responsible for working with large datasets and navigating complex AI infrastructure to ensure the scalability and efficiency of your solutions. While your primary focus will be on developing models for protein and large molecule design, prior knowledge in this domain is not a prerequisite. Your expertise in AI model development and data handling will be the key drivers in pushing the boundaries of molecular design and innovation.

Requirements

  • Strong Mathematical and Machine Learning Foundation: Exceptional proficiency in mathematics and a deep understanding of machine learning concepts and intuition.
  • Cloud and Scaling Expertise: Solid knowledge of cloud computing, scaling strategies, and software engineering principles.
  • Advanced AI Model Knowledge: Excellent understanding of transformers, graph neural networks, and large language models (LLMs).
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience working with PyTorch, handling big data, and utilizing various cloud services.
  • Independence and Initiative: Ability to work independently, self-manage, and thrive in a startup environment.
  • Computational Biochemistry: Familiarity with computational biochemistry is an added advantage.
  • Work Ethic: Preparedness to engage in a demanding work culture that requires dedication and hard work.
