Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team and contribute to the creation and maintenance of high-quality technical documentation. The ideal candidate will excel in document creation and updates, including user manuals, guides, quick references, and technical specifications. As a Technical Writer, you will collaborate closely with Design engineers and Verification teams as well as with Product Managers to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for external and internal users.
Job Responsibilities:

Create and update documents: Technical Specifications, User Manuals, User Guides and Quick References

Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to ensure content accuracy and relevance

Participate in the creation of internal procedures and process guides for Technical Publications

Edit and polish existing documentation to improve readability and enhance consistency

Ensure content standardization
Required Qualifications:

Degree in English, IT, or Engineering

Prior 5+ experience working within IT, or other relevant technology environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Accuracy and strong attention to details

Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Willingness to learn new tools and skills

Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA; Confluence; or similar content writing tools)

Experience creating and using infographics such as diagrams, screenshots, and charts that increase user’s understanding

Knowledge of Hardware Development life-cycle is a huge plus
Required candidate level: MID, Senior
