Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic team composed of half clinical experts and half technologists, ensuring synergy between both domains.
  • Co-own and drive development of our core functionality - the AI note generation
  • Direct the analytical roadmap, including AI model quality assurance and note structuring.
  • Translate complex psychological concepts into informatics and data science solutions.
  • Develop strategies for optimal data collection and labeling for AI applications.
  • Engage with a broad range of stakeholders, including users, to understand needs, gauge business value, and set priorities.
  • Identify clinical frameworks for progress tracking and analytics within the app.
  • Ensure adherence to insurance and healthcare regulations, optimizing the notes for compliance.
  • Spearhead the integration of self-improving mechanisms into the product based on user feedback and data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Clinical Psychology, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
  • Extensive product management experience, preferably in AI-driven applications or healthcare technology.
  • Deep understanding of AI, data analysis and modeling
  • Demonstrated success in managing diverse teams in innovative, fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, conceptualization, and managing product life cycles.
  • Strong skills in structuring complex problems and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to lead and inspire in a hybrid clinical-technological environment.
