We are looking to bring in a Medical & Regulatory content writer to join our exciting high growth company. We want someone that is hardworking, self-motivated, dynamic with extreme attention to detail to join us to continue to drive our business forward. 
 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: 
 
Develop evidence-based and referenced medical content tailored to healthcare professionals or patients across multiple digital and printed channels, including patient education, lab result and instructional materials
 
Develop technical content for scientific reports and study protocols
 
Conduct research on relevant area topics in order to develop written materials 
 
Liaise with key teams within LetsGetChecked to leverage learnings and apply these into future content development
 
Coordinating with Regulatory teams to ensure that our medical content assets meet and maintain regulatory standards (ISO 13485)
 
Create consumer-facing labeling documentation for regulatory applications (e.g. 510K)
 
Maintaining key regulatory processes to ensure appropriate documentation and update of our medical content
 
Undertake review and revision of existing technical and medical content regularly
 
Liaise with, recruit and retain external medical experts for content development and collaboration
 
Pitching content at the relevant consumer base and adapting content to address the needs and understanding of the US and European markets 
 
Create engaging and exciting copy for a range of brand and product marketing needs including emails, articles, landing pages, in-product copy and more 
 
Work with design team to develop and/or source image, audio and video resources to complement existing and new content for clients 
 
Work closely with our talented Design, Product, Regulatory, and Marketing & Communication teams 
 
Work closely with the Care Team to make consumer facing content that takes customer feedback into account. 
 
You’re invested in developing captivating content, finding new ways to engage with your audience and capture their interest
 
Minimum Qualifications: 
 
Bachelor's degree in medicine or pharmacy or a postdoctoral scientist in a related field (medicine, physiology, pharmacology, epidemiology, genetics etc). 
 
What are we looking for? 
 
At least 2–3 years’ Medical writing, either in agency or in the medical device/medical technology industry. 
 
Experience in project management, ability to adapt quickly and someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
 
You have experience using different tools (email marketing tools, web content editing platforms, etc.) 
 
You base your decisions on data and are able to test ideas and iterate quickly.
 
Fluent in English, with experience in creating English content. 
 
Communicates effectively with Design, Regulatory, Product, Clinical, Customer Support, and Marketing & Communications teams with a strong team ethic. 
 
A keen and demonstrable interest in web, printed assets, online and mobile.
 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on collaboration 
 
Attention to detail is crucial, we require a person who is meticulous and thorough in all aspects of their work 
 
An understanding of medical and marketing challenges faced by healthcare brands is desirable. 
 
A self-starter who is a customer centric, detail-oriented and an enthusiastic team player 
 
Previous tech/online product environment would be a plus
