What You’ll Do
As a Senior Solutions Consultant you’ll serve as a strategic partner to our banking and fintech customers, translating their goals into innovative product solutions. You’ll shape the product vision, solve user-centric problems, and align technical strategy with real-world impact.
Key Contributions

Engage with C-level banking leaders and key stakeholders to understand their strategic initiatives and translate them into impactful product solutions.

Lead collaborative sessions with top minds in fintech to discover emerging needs and market trends.

Architect user-centric solutions that simplify complex banking problems while aligning with customer goals.

Validate product ideas through market research, experimentation, and customer feedback.

Communicate and align product roadmaps, launch strategies, and technical architecture across internal and external teams.

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and marketing to bring solutions to life.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing insights grounded in data—not anecdotes.
What You Bring

8+ years of experience in technical consulting or fintech product development.

Proven success collaborating with senior leadership at banks or fintech companies.

Strong technical acumen—ability to navigate architectural discussions and simplify complex concepts.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead with clarity, candor, and empathy.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.

Track record of successful product launches, especially in enterprise or platform-based settings.

Willingness to mentor and potentially grow a small team in the future.
