WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🔎
As our new Sales Performance Analyst you will play a key role in driving business reporting processes and monitoring the performance of our sales teams across our international markets, with a focus on Germany, Austria and CEE.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 💪🏻
- Monitor and control sales performance across our markets, with a focus on Germany, Austria and CEE;
- Organise and lead regular update meetings to present and discuss reports and performance reviews with key stakeholders;
- Enhance and contribute to our sales forecasting processes in the CRM, including reporting and forecast tracking;
- Conduct detailed business reviews and deep-dive analyses of sales performance;
- Contribute to the future global sales performance management and support in business case development for strategic initiatives and product launches.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED 🪄
- You have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for working with numbers;
- You are structured, organised, and able to break down complex topics into actionable insights;
- You are experienced in interpreting and analysing sales data using Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Looker;
- Ideally, you have 1+ years of experience in business consulting (e.g. EY, PwC) or a similar environment;
- You demonstrate good stakeholder management skills;
- You are business fluent in English. German and/or Italian is a plus;
- You have excellent communication skills and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments;
- You are adaptable, a quick learner, and ready to take ownership.
🌎 LOCATION: Our office is in Milan (Via Borsi, 9) but you can also take advantage of our flexible hybrid mode.
