The Services Engagement Manager will play a critical role by driving professional services sales, fostering positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact to drive end customer success. They will be setting Ironclad customers up for success by prescriptively guiding and helping them understand the scope and value of implementation services. The Services Engagement Manager serves as a trusted advisor to customers providing guidance to Sales and Professional Services teams, ensuring alignment on each customer’s project.
What you'll be doing:

Lead professional services discovery/scoping discussions; align with presales, sales teams and partners to propose services engagements that best suit customer needs.

Help manage customer escalations for ongoing projects when scope changes or is not aligned with customer needs.

Align closely with Sales teams, Partners, Ironclad Partner Alliance teams on pre-sales activities such as scoping, solutioning, SOW development and project staffing/

Help improve and develop sales content for Services offerings that drive improved positioning by our sales teams.

Have a deep understanding of factors that drive customers implementations and how they directly contribute to long term customer retention

Align with customer on key success metrics and track projects progress with professional services team
What we're looking for:

Program Management skills (Communication, Tracking projects, Raising Risks)

SOW and Contract Negotiations

Ability to build rapport with peers and customers

Technical Skills: Experience with configuration and deployment of SaaS offerings

Cross functional collaboration: Ability to work with and build solid relationships with sales, partners, SEM, product teams and legal teams

OTE Range: $130,000 - $150,000
The OTE range represents the minimum and maximum of the OTE range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The OTE offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
