The team collaborates with Grab's Marketing department, striving to deliver compelling and thoughtful work across the brand's businesses and products. Together, you'll be creating impactful marketing communications that resonate with Grab and Move It users.
Get to Know the Role
As an Art Director for Grab Creative Studio, you'll lead the conceptualization and execution of marketing communications for Grab Philippines and Move It. You'll primarily focus on mobility and delivery products like GrabFood, GrabMart, and GrabExpress. You are expected to blend creativity, cultural insight, and technical precision, bringing ideas to fruition with skillfulness and purpose.
This role requires you to work from the office 5 days a week, ensuring team collaboration and production consistency.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will:
- Conceptualize campaigns and creative solutions that align with Grab and Move It's goals.
- Develop visual storytelling assets for social media platforms, digital banners, EDMs, and advertising materials with cultural relevance.
- Refine and produce creative outputs ranging from beautifully crafted illustrations to meaningful animations or GIFs.
- Provide creative direction while collaborating with copywriters and creative producers to meet project requirements.
- Stay up to date with latest cultural and digital trends to inform and evolve creative outputs.
- Apply the principles of digital advertising to all creative assets, ensuring compatibility and effectiveness for various digital platforms.
- Work collaboratively within the creative studio team and marketing partners to ensure understanding.
